I thought I’d take the opportunity to say ‘Season’s Greetings’ to all of you!
I’m starting to feel quite festive. Our tree is up at home (it was a good way to keep Aled entertained for a couple of hours at the weekend) and most of the present shopping is done. We have also worked out who we are visiting when, and allowed some days for chilling out at home.
The three Wollaton Singers carol concerts went really well and were very enjoyable. We even wore santa hats to sing Slade’s ‘Merry Christmas’ on Saturday.
Aled will not be having a chocolate advent calendar this year because sticking to one chocolate per day makes no sense to a 3 year old, and I don’t want to add to the hype in the lead up to 25th December.
As usual, the thing I’m really looking forward to is the Doctor Who Christmas Special!
This is the 100th blogpost on the Minibreak Mummy blog.
