Best travel toy ever!

September 22, 2011

The playset opened out

I’ve decided that the Fisher Price Thomas and Friends Take-n-play(TM) Percy’s Mail Delivery Playset* is the best travel toy ever! Certainly for a three year old Thomas-mad boy.

My son absolutely loves playing with this playset, and from my point of view it is wonderfully portable.

When it is opened out, there is a circular track and the die-cast Percy engine can go round and round.

When it is folded up it takes up very little space and Percy can be safely stowed in the little yellow station building.

Folded up and ready to go!

Percy can be stowed away

There are only two parts (the track and the train) so we don’t have to worry about hunting round for lots of little pieces before folding it up for travel.

Also, when we are at home, this unit can be used with other ‘Take-n-play’ track to form a larger layout.

I am extremely grateful to my friend and her son E for introducing us to this playset.

There is also a Fisher Price Thomas and Friends Take-n-play(TM) Thomas At The Farm Playset* but I chose to get the Percy playset because we have no shortage of Thomas trains!

Disclosure: I bought this toy myself. This post contains Amazon affiliate links, as indicated by the ‘*’s.

That looks like a great set! It’s hard to find good interactive toys that travel well.
